Mature Clothbound Cheddar - 4kg half cheese

Our 4kg Mature Clothbound Cheddar is half of our traditional 8kg whole cheese, cut across the middle, a striking choice for a special gift, a party or a celebration.

A half cheese is a memorable way to experience our traditional clothbound cheddar, making a real statement when served at the table.

Please allow five working days notice when ordering.

Storage

As the cheese has already been cut, we recommend storing and consuming it in the same way as our wedges, wrapping the cut face to protect it once opened.
