Delicate yet complex, Cornish Yarg is a traditional British cheese made by Lynher Dairies who are located near Truro, Cornwall. This semi-hard cheese is hand-wrapped in fresh stinging nettles, which form a natural rind as the cheese matures.

Inside, the texture is slightly open and crumbly through the core, becoming softer and creamier beneath the nettled rind. Its flavour is delicate but full, with gentle lactic and buttery notes alongside a subtle earthiness from the rind.
