Distilled from 100% Northwest 2-row malted barley and fermented with our signature Chico ale yeast, this whiskey is a celebration of flavor, exploration, and the unexpected.

A rare departure from our traditional new oak aging, this exclusive release honors the past while pushing boundaries forward.
