The Wave II - Distillery & Spirit

We are delighted to present The Wave, the second series in the Master Distiller's Collection.  Demonstrating the marrying process of whisky casks, each annual release reveals one of the five whisky making pillars used by Dr Nick Savage.

The second release in The Wave series focuses on our Distillery and Spirit character. Marrying a combination of re-charred butts and barrels with first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels in the second Amontillado Sherry tun. This process allows us to champion the fruity, floral character of our distillery. 

Tipped to tun in 2022 and bottled in 2025. 1817 bottles released.
