Smoked Double Devonshire Clothbound Cheese

Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 4-6 months.

Our unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly buttery with a complex long-lasting caramel taste. This cheese is smoked using oak chips from trees grown on the Quicke’s estate for a sensuously smoky caramel flavour.

Adds character to cheeseboards or perfect atop a pizza.
