Chapter Two celebrates Liz, the great-great granddaughter of one of Bladnoch’s original founders. Together with Master Distiller Dr Nick Savage, she selected an 18 Year Old Single Malt matured in a Sherry Butt. The whisky reveals aromas of coffee creams and dark chocolate, a palate of peaches, apricot jam and coffee beans, and a long finish with nutty almonds.
