Kilkerran 8 Year Old Cask Strength Port Cask Matured

Introducing the Kilkerran 8 Year Old Cask Strength Port Cask Matured, an exceptional addition to the line-up of Campbeltown single malts. This expression, bottled at its natural cask strength, showcases a captivating blend of flavours, with the influence of Port casks imparting a delightful sweetness of red berries to the intricately smoky whisky. The aroma presents a blend of smoked meats with nuances of raspberry jam and waxy peels. On the palate, the smokiness persists, balanced by the comforting flavours of stewed apples and fizzy strawberry laces. The finish reveals notes of salted butter on toasted crumpets, accompanied by a subtle hint of seaweed, leaving a memorable and satisfying taste experience.
