Goat's Milk Clothbound Cheese

Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese.

Handcrafted using the finest goat's milk, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months.

Winner of a 2-star award at the Great Taste 2025 Awards

Judges' feedback: "There is a fresh aroma with the merest suggestion of goat, a rich yet clean flavour, savoury and with a modest but definite goat character. Creamy and versatile, it has a lingering flavour - this would be easy to keep eating."
